Equipment Care and Maintenance

Helmet Care:
The inside of the helmets can be washed out with bleach. Make sure they are rinsed well and dried thoroughly.
Helmets have screws that should be checked and tightened at least once a week.
The majority of our helmets are air helmets which help to ensure a proper fit and protection. If your athlete’s helmet seems loose, have it checked by their coach or the equipment manager. Never try to adjust the fit of a helmet on your own, this could result in injury of the player if the helmet does not fit properly.
