Important Football Announcement

We will be implementing a new equipment return process at the conclusion of this year’s playoffs for each team. Please be patient with this process and please read this message completely.

During the playoffs please bring a change of clothes to each game for your child(ren). We will be collecting their equipment when the team is finished for the season. Your coach will escort their team to the equipment collection site. There will be an area for your child to change out of their equipment and into their change of clothes.

The following Items will be collected at this time: helmet, shoulder pads, rib pads, belt, knee pads, game pants and practice pants. Please bring the practice pants clean.

If you do NOT turn in your equipment or cheer uniform

you WILL LOSE your returning player status for next year,

will not be refunded your Family Use Fee,

and YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT.

	Attention All Parents!!! Please remember that you are REQUIRED to sign in your own children. Remember you are also REQUIRED to stay for the duration of your children's warm ups and game. If you are unable to make a game please contact a board member.

	Please be sure to conduct yourselves appropriately at all practices and games. Be a positive role model for your children and show the appropriate level of sportsmanship.

	Please remember that there is absolutely NO Smoking permitted on the practice fields and game fields at any time. You will need to go to your car to smoke. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter.

	PARKING is a big issue at the practice field. We have an agreement with the park district that we will only park in the designated parking spaces. The police have told us if we park in the grass areas by the water tower or by the curbs in the other lot that vehicles will be ticketed. Avoid a ticket and park in the designated parking spots only.
